Question:  Will handbell and/or chimes be provided?

Answer:  Capital Carillon, Inc. will have extra bells on site for ringers who are not currently members of a choir.  However, the number of bell positions available will be few.  Accommodating the selection of a preferred position will not always be possible.

Question:  Will tables be provided?

Answer:  The hosting church as a limited number of standard 3’ x 6’ foot tables.  Once we have a solid estimate of the number of participants we will contact each registrant via e-mail to confirm that table space is available.  We are actively working to secure more tables.

Question:  Will foam and foam covers be provided?

Answer:  No.  Each registrant should bring a 3’ x 3’ standard piece of foam to this event.  Capital Carillon, Inc. has some extra foam that will be available for participants who do not have access to foam for this event.  However, extra foam is limited and we advise participants to bring your own.  If you have extra foam and would be willing to share, please note that on your registration form.

Question:  Will mallets be provided?

Answer:  No.  Participants should bring their own mallets.  The size of mallet you are bringing will depend on the bell positions you wish to ring.  Ringers interested in trying multiple positions will need to ask other participants to trade spaces for a period of time.  Capital Carillon, Inc. will have a limited number of extra mallets available for participants without access to them.
