General Information

Who May Attend

• This festival is designed for full or partial choirs of adult ringers.  Intergenerational and youth choirs are also welcome provided that ample chaperones are present.
• Choirs must learn the festival music prior to coming!

Registration

• Registrations will may not be accepted past the deadline of April 1, 2012.
• Applications forms will be accepted until the maximum are received, or registration deadline is reached.
• Your registration will be acknowledged within two weeks of receipt.

Fees

• $15 per person
• The registration fee is non-refundable past the registration deadline of April 1, 2012.
• The registration fee is transferable only between bona fide members of the same organization.

Equipment

• All choirs must bring all your own equipment including, tables, pads, covers, music, mallets, chimes, and bells.
• All choirs must also bring folding chairs for behind your tables.

Meals

• No Meals will be provided during the festival.
• A list of close-by restaurants will be provided in the registration packet.
